Earlier this month I was fortunate to visit BIOS in Bermuda to catch fish we think are responsible for CaCO3 found in sediment traps in the Atlantic. I’m happy to report that the trip was a success and we found some very interesting fish with fascinating things in their guts!! #fishcarbonates 🇧🇲🐟

Getting ready for the VAMPIRE cruise @biosstation.bsky.social. Setting the MOCNESS, but then jumping out before departure - this cruise I stay home with the kids, and Amy goes to sea. But the MOCNESS is fully ready for the first deployment... Good luck!!
