Well the best thing about this match so far has been the rather beautiful performance of the #Latvia national anthem.

I just left the Everglades Immigrant Interment Camp. No, I’m not using their ridiculous name. It was a very tough to witness humans in those cages. Every Floridian should be ashamed that our taxpayer money is being used for this.

We are back! #C64 www.commodore.net The first official Commodore 64 in over 30 years is here - a faithful recreation of the original motherboard on FPGA hardware. This is the USA's Liz Truss moment. Except they don't have a Bank of England to step in and stop the madness.

Why am I heading to the nufc trophy parade with the gut feeling that we're going to get beat?

Fascinating, and a bit scary.
Simulating human behavior with AI agents promises a testbed for policy and the social sciences. We interviewed 1,000 people for two hours each to create generative agents of them. These agents replicate their source individuals’ attitudes and behaviors. 🧵

Mustn't have been anyone available if Nads is getting the Newsnight slot again. Rambling pub-bore-level drivel interspersed by book plugs. Surely you can find someone whose opinion carries weight, @bbcnewsnight.bsky.social?

Being this wrong this often isn't easy. Random chance would be right a lot more. You have to shun evidence and reason, force everything into a whiny, aggrieved conspiracy theory, and, whatever you do, never let being repeatedly, egregiously wrong in public lead you to try any reflection or revision.
