I’ve loved that 4-point rainbow star effect since I first noticed it in Star Wars (1977). It’s such a beautiful texture. The nylon stockings and fabrics I’ve tested only create concentric circles or bland “X” patterns which often become unpleasant in scenes with incredibly bright points of light.
