I really feel for you… neck pain is the worst because so many normal activities exacerbate it and it’s so hard to ignore 🥲 I know it won’t fix everything and it also depends on what type of neck pain it is but did you ever end up trying that spiky ball thing I recommended a while ago?

Just finished a tour of this INCREDIBLE building, the Maishima Incinerarion Plant!!!! It was designed by Friedensreich Hundertwasser. It’s powered by heat generated by the incineration process!!
