The thing about this is DOJ would need to press charges against Noem and that is not going to happen. Trump has made all his cabinet members and cronies immune from prosecution.

Career prosecutors would not bring these cases to trial. SIL worked for DOJ for 20 years in the Office of Professional Responsibility. She was told by Bondi to do the investigations they wanted or leave. She left January because she was not going to do ILLEGAL investigations.

They will never come up with a “comprehensive“ plan. They said this back in 2017 when they tried to get rid of the ACA. The features if the ACA they can’t handle are protections for pre existing conditions coverage, and minimum reimbursed health services for all plans.
