Bars in Osaka are great, especially the hole in the wall ones that are in the small ass alleyways where they look SUS as shit. The bartender was great and asked how I would like my drinks and asked my favourite fruit to pair with it. It was a bit awkward, but somehow, people knew Chinese as well lol

Oh man... Akihabara or any really touristy part of Tokyo isn't for the faint of heart. If someone is hypersensitive to noise and visual stimuli, it can and will overwhelm you and could trigger a number of things. So please bring your meds.
