In the evening light, dark outlines of the aged headstones lengthened beneath the eerie shadows of bare branches. I search each engraved appellation and find the one. The solemn marker stirs. A figure emerges, reaching from the depths of her grave, drawing me to her.

In the evening light, dark outlines of the aged headstones lengthened beneath the eerie shadows of bare branches. I search each engraved appellation and find the one. The solemn marker stirs. A figure emerges, reaching from the depths of her grave, drawing me to her.
