I found this depression awareness ad very powerful. Too many people don't know what depression looks like, whether it be spotting it or saying that depression is simply feeling sad.

Today— which started not too many minutes ago— is my birthday! I am officially an adult. Unfortunately this comes with many responsibilities, but I am still young and ripe for the slaughter. I suppose it's time for me to party EVEN harder now. Wonderful!

Hope y'all are staying safe in this ice storm going on in the US! There's a nice layer of snow (mostly sleet) outside and it's raining ice pebbles. Jack O' Connell is hot. It isn't as big of a storm as I hoped it would be, but it struck enough fear into people that the good water bottles were out.

9/05/25 is one of, if not, the best day of my life. I had meaningful conversations, was complimented, handed out around 20 bracelets to strangers, had the bass beating against me so hard that it was difficult to breathe, and I was able to spend this life- changing time with my mother. Thank you NIN!

COILING. An old sketch I made a month ago finally coming in fruition. Inspired by the band Coil, specifically their Moon's Milk album, and they're incredible sounds they make. Makes me want to fall under their spell and just let my mind dissolve to every track they have. Truly an inspirational band.

ROOSTERFOX. A skilled hunter, tracker, incubator, and alarm clock; it's a perfect creature for farmlife if you can afford it and is constantly sought out for by millions of high-class farmers. This one was pretty fast-paced and it came to me off the top of my head. My friend wanted to watch me draw!

DUCK. I now realize how much I enjoy drawing birds. This bird is based off of Goldfrapp's "Utopia" and an idea I had about a personified arm in the shape of a duck. I thought it was a cool concept and the track I listened to added onto that. I could listen to it for hours and I have a lot to say..

DUCK. I now realize how much I enjoy drawing birds. This bird is based off of Goldfrapp's "Utopia" and an idea I had about a personified arm in the shape of a duck. I thought it was a cool concept and the track I listened to added onto that. I could listen to it for hours and I have a lot to say..
GOATHERD. I was stressing out a little about my art and I felt like I needed a lot of noise visually. Whenever I get into that headspace, a loud outlet works well such as maximalism in artwork and harsh sounds in music; upping the ante as distraction and overpowering negative thoughts.

BANANA. There's no hidden philosophical / political messages here. I just really enjoyed the banana I had for lunch as well as some cheeses, pretzels, celery, and tuna salad and crackers. I became a pesectarian a few weeks ago and it's not bad. I don't really eat a whole lot of red meat anyways.

BANANA. There's no hidden philosophical / political messages here. I just really enjoyed the banana I had for lunch as well as some cheeses, pretzels, celery, and tuna salad and crackers. I became a pesectarian a few weeks ago and it's not bad. I don't really eat a whole lot of red meat anyways.
I've been thinking about making music for ages now and I have no idea when I'll start that journey. Maybe I'll get to it when I learn an instrument and get the gist of how music works and flows on a producer level rather than picking apart other pieces in my mind as I listen to it. What a community!

Y66MK-CBR. A friend of mine is a big fan of dinosaurs and her enthusiasm for paleontology is palpable. I happened to be watching the Tron movies whilst she was discussing dinosaurs, and decided to give my skills a try. I don't remember when I ever drew any kind of dinosaur before, but now I have!

TWINS. Conjoined and mechanical, kangaroo footed, butterfly songbird twins sitting in an oasis. Why? Why not? No inspiration other than the fact that a friend of mine drew a picture and it motivated me to draw myself. Big fan.
