Not only did I manage to get first in line access to What Stalks The Deep by T. Kingfisher via the library today, I also got my special edition copy of the song of Achilles in the mail today. What a great book day!~

Incredibly late, but here is a picture of all the yarn I spun during #tourdefleece2025
Only 435 yards this year but I spun a lot thicker than normal & didn't do any 2-ply

I have officially started processing the pound of fleece I bought in the spring! It's definitely going to take a while 😂

Today is the final day of the #tourdefleece2025! I can't believe it. I got all my yarn plied and bathed except for the one that tangled. Hopefully that will be untangled soon. I'll count yardage and get better pics in the next couple days.

I did a 2 ply w/ my first spin until I ran out on one side, then chain plied the remainder. Bummed I spun so unevenly tbh. Then I chain plied some pineapple fiber I spun on a drop spindle.

Finished plying the Icelandic wool I had on the drop spindles & started spinning Cheviot for the first time and I'm loving it. It spins so easily, definitely my favorite of the mini breed sample study I've been doing.
