Allergens must be disclosed in foods but not in alcohol or medication. And so people who are allergic to a food must contact each manufacturer separately to find out if an alcohol or drug contains the problematic ingredient

I do this too. I also bring a stack of textbooks for students to consult as many folks now use ebooks. I tell them that the material they’ll need on my test is presented the same way in the various editions I bring. I’m nearly 20 years into this and see no reason to change
