While some Western Christian leaders claim to be the protectors of persecuted Christians abroad (the credibility of which claim anyone can judge), Muslim leaders ignore (when they don’t actively support) their fellow Muslims being routinely targeted by the same radicalized groups in the same places.

In West Africa, my Muslim grandfather, a primary school leader, raised and mentored non-Muslim kids in the same house as his own children, who went on to be very successful in life.

Religion has never been divisive for the people who don’t have the spirit of division in them.
