If AI eats SAAS companies like Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella says (probably more true than not since tech will easily be replicated like how Instagram copies Snapchat’s Stories), software that CAN’T be copied might be things like HCI interfaces such as www.myscript.com

The worst infringement an app can make is bogarting your keyboard shortcuts globally.
iPadOS26 just did this with the universal hotkey for App Settings, [Command + ,] which now brings up iPadOS Settings, not the focused app’s settings.
If ya’ll see a way to change this, lemme know.

I learned the best thing this week: start your markdown document heading with H3s. This gives you room to scale both up and down and really just makes writing much easier

• 0–100 scale (higher = easier to read)
• 90–100 = very easy (like a kids' book)
• 60–70 = standard (like most newspapers)
• 0–30 = very difficult (academic papers)
