For me, it’s reading, watching a movie, cleaning etc. Both kids neurodivergent, pretty sure I am and it’s a symptom. I get ragey with it but obvs reel that one in x

Can I just add to the discussion that we shouldn’t forget that the real name of The Gulf of Mexico is the Gulf of Mexico and that I agree that we should talk about it more often.
