Can't go wrong at Bloomington Bagel Co., Mother Bear's Pizza, Hopscotch Coffee, or Friendly Beasts Cider (which has cool pop-ups too). Rose Hill Farm Stop has good coffee and home goods. C3 Bar is kind of randomly situated in a housing development but weirdly has some of the best cocktails in town.
