แต่พอได้รับ communication ที่เป็น two ways จริงๆ คือเรากับเขาพยายามจะเข้าใจกันทั้งคู่ สวมหมวก human ทั้งคู่ ก็ไม่มีปัญหาอะไร

จริงๆ ก็ไม่รู้ว่าตอนนั้นกลัวอะไร ฝังใจอะไร คงเพราะยุโรปครั้งแรก ละ 5-6 ปีได้ละมั้ง ก่อนปีกกล้าขาแข็ง เจอตอนนี้มันคงโดนด่าไปละ กล้าดียังไงมาเป็น token เดียวของคนฝรั่งเศส 😡

oh and you know what, i like that first sequence better than the rest of the movie. funny & grim & subtle & ironic. reminds me of the lipstick scene from The Substance. (oh hey look another hyperrealism film, what a shock)

finished it. i can see why French judge panel loved it. Personally for me it’s mid. Has its fun bits but too much of trying-to-be-smart bits. Runtime is almost three hours??? To quote that one letterboxd review: “My face went from H&M to Balenciaga real quick”.
