I'm just saying it's probs not worth praising him for anything yet, considering his recent behavior. We need him to stand firm in what he is saying and not bend the knee when pressured.

Right? There is something about the way he talks in this that makes me think that if he was challenged in some way, he would back down and cower. Because I've seen people actually pissed off. If this is his best acting, he certainly shouldn't quit his day job.

Does no one see this as performative and just overall disingenuous? It's great that he has publicly said this..... but he better stand 10 toes on this.
