PLCC was fine, why did the industry have to get rid of it?!

It's funny when artists draw catboys or catgirls, the cat parts are (almost?) never from the Maine Coon race. I wonder why...

My old PowerPC machines are on their last legs. How am I supposed to run MorphOS on real hardware on a shoe string budget?

Why on Earth did I start this project??? 😤

So I have my hands over a thousand 2N7002. I'm going to swear a lot when soldering them.

One gotta love all of that garbage COVID era hardware. Everything was substituted for its worse counterpart, even PCBs were crap. Like that stupid microswitch used as a power on switch that stopped working on my Phanteks PC case!

I'd really like the know the story behind the why every single chip from the 4000 family has a nonsensical fanout. Seriously, is that because of some sort of patent issue with the 54/74 family? I doubt it because IFAIK there is no equivalent of the 4040 in the 74, just a direct port like I have here

I really want to design my own 32bit RICV-V computer out of standard logic ICs and run some OS on it. Linux would probably be too much but maybe Zephyr would work 🤔

As much as I like Kicad as an opensource suite of electronic design, the standard library of components sucks.

I'd love for the dev team to better understand its demographic and provide basic support for most used components for DIY enthusiasts.

Every single generic breadboards I ever bought are complete trash. I love BusBoard models a lot but they are quite expensive. I'd like to find an in between in the 800+ contact point models if possible available in color.

I made those simple bridges compatible with BusBoard's bread boards.

They are pretty simple but totally increase rigidity among the modules and give a clear indication if the power rails are connected or not.

They are surprisingly useful I think I'll design some to bring power from USB too.

I hate bipolar junction transistors. Working with BJTs make you feel like you're trying to solve a linear system with one equation missing and have to guess.

That feeling when you power on your cheapo bench PSU, that doesn't feature a stand by button, and for some reason the previously set +5V bumped to +12V and all your 74HC chips are fried on your bread boards.

Great
