I see DOGE more a corporate thing than a governmental thing, because its employees are paid by corporations. It has little actual interest in, nor allegiance to, government. Its interest is in destroying the things it is in fact destroying.

Yesterday, a SpaceX Starship exploded into chunks. Today, Intuitive Machines’ lander landed lopsided in a crevice on the moon & shut off for good. Commercial spacecraft ain’t doin’ so good. So, I advise Katy Perry to reconsider her orbital plans.
