Okra pods open on their own when dry, releasing their seeds 🌱. In some communities, the seeds are roasted to make coffee ☕, which is why it's sometimes called a “coffee pod.” Each cycle reminds us how nature follows its own path. #Agriculture

On Friday, October 24th, 2025, we welcomed Environmental Engineering students from TecNM Campus Ciudad Valles 🌿 to the CdARH. They explored the nursery, worm bed, pollinator area, and more, learning about sustainable agriculture and soil regeneration 🌱🌾
