I remember during the GOP primary for the 2016 election, NPR only Ira Flatow predicted Trump would win. He still hosts “Science Friday”. There’s no incentive to be correct in your predictions only for engagement.

If this is true, why hasn’t anyone tried to win a 5K or marathon with it? It’s not like swimming where you can be disqualified for doing the wrong stroke.

I have Donkey Kong Bananza (2025) on a physical cartridge that I can play without internet access. Some versions of the XBox and PS don’t even have an option to get games without internet. Nintendo does what other consoles don’t.

Ya’ll are entirely correct that the court reached its conclusion first and then found lazy post-hoc justifications. The “why” could be more nuanced. They’ve shown how impotent they are at checking executive power on illegal detentions as ICE falls under the executive. Could this be to save face?
