Health insurance deductibles, copays, coinsurance, & out of pocket max. Know what your deductible is, what copays you owe (and when), & the % of coinsurance that applies to you. You can find this information in the summary of benefits your employer provides to you.

Today’s US-based health insurance topic: Obtain a copy of your plan documents-not just a Summary of Benefits. Create an account on the insurance carrier’s website. The plan documents should be there. If documents aren’t found there, contact your HR dept. Print/save docs to your personal device.
