I think I need to do more things solely for my sanity. I find that I very commonly sacrifice my mental well-being for some arbitrary deadline or expectation.
I do want to work up to doing things that feel good AND pay my bills. But for now...owooga booga time it is.

my biggest career tip is to consider for each project/piece you do: is this to earn money or is this for my sanity. it is a fine line but the boundaries must be set! if its for money u TURN ON "i am a worker hired by a client" and if its for ur sanity u turn that off and turn on "owooga booga"
