The kids wanted to make 💩 cupcakes for their grandma's birthday tomorrow. This was a particular favourite of mine. Well placed air bubble. 🤣

I've had 3 conversations about language today. About what these words mean: 'manipulate', 'community' and 'ok'.
IMO words are important and we should choose them carefully. Choosing wrong words can cause misunderstanding and even harm!
Be clear and say what you mean. Challenge if you need clarity.

There are 4 post its which spend a lot of time in my eyesight when I'm at work. They keep me grounded and help when I'm stuck. The list grows or evolves when a colleague or peer gives me a golden nugget when we collaborate and support each other. (And yes I know two of them are frozen song titles) 🤣

Put on Disney+ today and my 3yo said 'I want to watch the one where he's home on his own'. Home Alone made an impact this Christmas then! 🤩😅
