For me, i usually do a whole cup of wine. It takes longer to cook the alcohol off, but the subtle sweetness it adds to the pork is notable.

I can not tell you how happy this makes me. If I had any advise to give, it's this: go heavy on the pepper, wine and cream; double it or even triple it (based on your personal preferences).

I've been saying this for months. If the roles were reversed, then the republicans would have been on top of it from day 1. In fact, they quite often attempt to brand democrats as being un-American; because, for them, ever accusation is an admission.
