Es ist deprimierend, aber Trump hat sich durch diese Aktion erfolgreich assoziiert mit all solchen Qualitäten aus dem alten Kosmos "Männlichkeit", auch wenn er nie sich selbst einer Gefahr ausgesetzt hat, sondern nur die Spezialkräfte. Das ist ein Gewinn, den er davonträgt. Bitter.

All this talk of Europe divided... of course it is "divided." It is a federal democratic continental sized union. There will always be some division. But it is striking how united it actually it is on the big issues, especially Ukraine, and how much it gets done.
