Not to mention the level of inefficiency this actually creates. Hiring new people versus vetting who you could reskill towards a new position is not an efficient business practice and they know this. Throwing out capable people is waste all in itself.

While I agree with this in theory, I struggle that MAGA is giving anything to those organizations so you then create an inequity in funding democratic candidates that might make a difference is flipping seat control. I have instead made some redirections in my charitable giving overall.
