It is work, but when you find one you instantly love, it is so worth it. One I discovered one year at JazzFest in NO was New Orleans' Juice. They only did 2 albums, but they're both fantastic. (Both are on Spotify)

The challenge is, these companies are all looking for profit, not looking for best interests of people who are needing care. The USA is all about the almighty dollar now. Nothing else matters. At least not to the C-Level.

I think your thoughts are part of the challenge, but I think the fact that new releases are playing on 6 different screens, starting 15 minutes after each other, isn't helping either.
