The biggest red flag to me is people that are cruel towards children or make jokes about being cruel towards children. Laughing about children getting hurt for being annoying isn't good in my book. It's okay not to like them or want to be around them, but taking joy in their suffering is different.

I don't understand how people improve their mental health
I used to have the space online I could come to, drown out my sorrows in it. Now, all I see around me is terrible things happening. I know it's important to be informed but all I ever feel is extreme anxiety and impending doom.

My resolution this year is to survive and try to be more sane.
I'd like to create more and waste less time on meaningless things, as well. Just general self improvement stuff too, but I doubt I'll get there.
