No safe and democratic society can ever have absolute free speech. For the sake of our own national security there will and must be some restrictions to what can and can not be said publically and in the UK it is illegal to show support a terrorist organisation

Government officials are privileged with access to relevant information and expert advisors. The decision to prescribe an organisation will not have been taken lightly and would have been based on solid reliable information. There are plenty of legal ways to show support without breaking our laws.

This recent action was very irresponsible by those taking part. The action took away valuable police resources from people who really needed help over the weekend
