I'd also like to reiterate that no respectable artist would shove themselves into DMs begging for commissions. We all have our rates posted, and we do advertise and signal boost them, but anyone crawling into private chats isn't someone worth dealing with.

Had a huge uptick in scam bots posing as artists offering commissions messaging me and friends lately.
Man. Artists get so little respect. We work so hard and are told our prices are too high, but they're aware we're struggling and take advantage of that to trick someone else who's more caring.
