@claycane.bsky.social please tell your listeners who are federal employees not to accept the buyouts because that money has not been appropriated yet, and when the new budget is passed it still may not be appropriated at all in the new package.

This will definitely not end well for anyone. Unelected people with questionable judgement shouldn't have access to the levers of money and who gets it to this extent. They'll cut taxes for their friends and send them $ at the same time..
