確かに、前はChrome側にExtensionを優先するオプションがあったように思うんですが、今は見当たらないですね。1Passwordだと、Extension側に1Passwordを優先するオプションがありました。

「金額によっては暗証番号を求められない場合もあります」というのなら、「暗証番号の入力が必要」というのはミスリーディングだと思うんだけど。サインで支払いできなくなったことの方が本題じゃないのかな？
