I’m trying to stay positive, so here is one thing: 82 containers for winter sowing native plants! We* might do a few more!

Cleft Phlox! I’ve only seen it “in the wild” at Sand Ridge State Forest in central Illinois, but we put it in the driest part of our yard and its doing well. It’s also an early spring bloomer that seems to do well in full sun, which is a huge bonus for us. #nativeplants
