Absolutely true. Such a valuable voice but outnumbered by mediocre journos. Laura is the only bright light on ABC political coverage.

What a vacuum Laura leaves. Journos of her stature are few….so many from Murdoch now in ABC as well.

ABC political coverage cannot improve while Jane Norman, David Speers and cohort are leading it. I hope Laura Tingle has a lead role on election night… we don’t need the whole menagerie, just some class reporting.
