I thought I'd share this cool number handwriting VFX I made for my #rhythmgame EternAlgoRhythm. It uses a fairly straightforward shader and I used Krita for the numbers. Attempt #2, using an mp4 instead of a gif. #solodev #indiegame

So the #puzzlegame I'm working on will have multiplayer, and I'll be testing that with my trusted friend: agecaf_test. They now have the game running... If you're wondering, the as-of-yet-unannounced game uses #Godot!

So I just learnt about the `@export_custom` tags in #Godot . Some of them are super useful, you can make Arrays of Arrays of types in the inspector with it, and there's one to make multiline strings use a monospace font with extra syntax highlighting. Some really cool stuff.

I am starting work on my next game! It'll be a puzzle game with online co-op. I started with a sketch of the starry background. Any guesses as to which engine I'm using? #indiegame #screenshotsaturday
