i keep seeing oomfs lament losing their poses to ddos so i'm here to spread awareness:
if you use Ktisis beta testing ver, there are toggles in Settings > AutoSave that grab a snapshot of your pose when you get DC'd or when you disable pose mode. it has saved me several times!

i usually use Sharp Scales, which is the one below
then i render a more 3d shape over it with the soft paint brush, like so
