I'm disappointed that the stand up for science website is using an incredibly fake version of the famous Earthrise photo to accompany the declaration... the terminator on Earth is running east-west roughly following the equator.

For those wondering, this image is not from Hubble. It appears to be a GALEX UV image (www.galex.caltech.edu/media/glx201...) that has had some brightness/contrast/etc adjustments.
