Are they looking for quality or quantity? Does size make a difference? Do they have to be natural or can they be fake? Are they feeling at the door?

I did an experiment that basically amounted to taping a yoga ball to myself and trying to move through my house.
It really changes how you move, and that was just with the pure size, not accounting for the weight of a permabelly so big.
I highly recommend though. it's something else being so big

Out shopping still getting used to a new huge wobbly liquid filled belly your friend gave you and so kindly teased it wasn't going away anytime soon. So now you gotta get used to lugging around that extra weight. doorways a challenge, needing to crouch to get things from lower shelves, etc

This might just be my weird perma-inflation ideas coming out again, but i think there is a lot of potential post-inflation that people don't really take advantage of in inflation stories.
Most stories just end with the character getting big and then having no pay-off unless you just nutted to it.
