and the second one is ogerpon because i think its the best item changing forms pokemon, it ties into lore and its backstory and makes the masks an outstanding idea of making a pokemons forms work besides the idea of "giratina flies when it holds this rock"

So hears my list, a standout that i wanna mention are cincinno for being a fantastic spin on real animal (chinchillas use dust to keep oils off their bodies, meanwhile cincinno uses the oil its fur produces to clean itself and its home from dust existing anywhere) 1/2
