Looking back on my old measurements from April and just damn. I am in awe. The gym has helped a lot (cool sculpting did too but that was just my flanks)

Found my measurements from April I went up 4.5 inches on my shoulders since April!!!

I have also gained an inch on the chest and lost an inch on my waist. Sadly I don’t think my hips are getting any smaller and I don’t have a shoulder measurement to compare.
