Fortunately, there is a workaround and I'll implement a fix in the next update of all my apps.

A much requested feature for Capture: support for the Apple Notes app.
Right now, the only option seems to be through Siri Shortcuts. It does involve a one time setup, but I hope to make this as straightforward possible with these screens.
