Can she win? Certainly. Will she win? Unfortunately the hijinx the cowards in the state capital and Bill Lee forced on Tennesseans in 2023 will probably be too much for her to overcome.
I'm not one for moral victories but if I was, her coming within 5 points would be nothing to sneeze at.
