eh, it's actually pretty reasonable, compared to the old Relic Quests lol. I solo ran the Arum Vail like 50 times for one of the Light stages, had to run it another like 30 times later lol. That's not even counting the like total 80ish Levequests

can't remember how to get the vest or boots, but the leggins are the first NeiR Raid (Shadowbringers) and the hood is form maxing out the Island Sanctuary (Endwalker post patches)

i love those hoods, though you need to max out the island sanctuary (post game Endwalker) to get it
