Who's the leader? What specific violent crimes? Sounds like "building the infrastructure" is code for "we're in the process of fabricating the details" because there is no concrete evidence. Jeez.

When the regime collapses, we will hold each and every one accountable. The courts will make an example of them. ICE will be abolished, all benefits, including retirement will be cancelled and every agent banned from ever being in law enforcement again. Every one, no exceptions.
