Grateful for small things today - being able to have a lie in.
- making myself a cuppa and sitting on my verandah in absolute peace.
- insects buzzing, bringing life to my garden.
- the flowers that bloom and give me pause to wonder at the beauty of mother nature.

Whoohoo! I survived the 5 day hike through the Kangaroo Island Wilderness Trail! 66klms in 5 days through absolute wild country, carry everything I needed to survive on my back. It was both heaven and hell. Here are some of the wild flowers and creatures I came across along the way...

And damn proud to be! I watch her struggle and her pain and yet, like the butterfly after it struggles free from it's cocoon, she is emerging into her beautiful true self. SO DAMN PROUD! #transrightsarehumanrights ##gratefulthankfulblessed
