I usually do both. My partner likes to read them in
Paper but I really appreciate being able to adjust size and use a dyslexic friendly font. It was available in iTunes until just recently. Very odd

I hated that we got so little with them. Especially the lizard guy. A true gem of a movie. Wish we could have gotten the real ending

Absolutely agree, I love the serious and rather grounded narrative contrasted with the cooky cartoony style. That and the Fargo-esque weirdness of the characters really hooks you. It would be good in live action, but it’s great in animation. Great use of the medium so far.

If you can find the ones for the original super Mario games they are amazing just the whole level on one continuous roll of paper

Thank you so much for this. I’ve been toiling in the story-mines for quite a while on a back-burner passion project and I was struggling with giving it stakes without “traditional” conflict (“bad guys”)
This has given me much needed vocabulary to think and talk about my story and work things out

It always felt like we were getting the least interesting story in an amazing setting and there were so many much more engaging stories at the peripheral of the ones we were given.

A lot of “check you privilege”talk here and I’m not entirely sure it’s fair. Sometimes improving your quality of life isn’t just acquiring more money (sometimes it is!) but removing bad influences, recalibrating measures for success or just more understanding of yourself and others.
