We’re still here—focused, committed, and rebuilding strength. Change takes time, but our mission is clear: support the DoD and showcase the vital role of its workforce across Europe. More is coming—stay tuned and join us!
You can’t wave the flag, claim you support workers, and then strip union rights from 47,000 TSA employees. Canceling their contract isn’t about security — it’s about crushing workers. We support our TSA co-workers for the homeland.

When the Administration brushes off the affordability crisis as a ‘hoax,’ it doesn’t make Americans’ struggles vanish — it just shows how fragile his whole political act really is. The real house of cards are the promises he sold to the people who believed he’d fight for them. We need change.

TSP funds were mostly flat in November, with all returns under 1%. Another reminder that everyday workers—including federal employees—are left treading water under polices that are not helping us put food on the table, now, or in the future.

Ex-feds fired in Trump-era DEI purge file class action lawsuit. 4 former federal employees say the “reduction in force” wasn’t about efficiency—it was retaliation. The suit alleges protected-class workers were disproportionately targeted to punish perceived political enemies. More to come.

Beware. NSPS-7 quietly revives the habit of labeling “un-American” groups and building files on them. By whose definition? Today it’s vague extremists—tomorrow unions, journalists, or protesters. History shows this path doesn’t protect freedom; it erodes it. What will you do about it?
December 7, 2025 at 1:25 PM
The Supreme Court just green-lit gerrymandering that sidelines minority voters, and somehow the national reaction is… a collective shrug. Maybe the same Democrats who rushed to end the shutdown have a brainstorm brewing?
December 4, 2025 at 11:20 PM
After the shutdown capitulation all I’m seeing is growing chaos, fresh attacks on federal workers, and no ACA help. Let’s be honest — sometimes the magic fades after too long in politics. When it does, it’s time to step aside. The people deserve leaders who haven’t run out of fight.
December 4, 2025 at 12:47 AM
Sad to see the Dept of Labor posting about “supporting Labor” while the “admin” cuts federal worker rights, limits COLA increases, and pushes policies that make food and housing more expensive. This isn’t a Labor Dept protecting U.S. workers—it’s an agency now focused on political theater. Shame.

The shutdown “deal” gave the Prez momentum amid the faucet of money back on. Illusory healthcare promises? Not sure what to say. One side swings; the other staggers. Will Democrats give people a reason to vote for them and not just hope people vote against the party in charge?
November 29, 2025 at 8:00 AM
OCONUS Feds too often end up in the back seat to local nationals backed by strong unions and labor rules. Imagine real equity—where partnership replaces hierarchy and global service is truly valued. Restore bargaining rights for DoD workers overseas. Help keep America strong.

Nursing degrees no longer “professional” education?
This will hurt VA, DHA, IHS, and hospitals everywhere. It may lower pay. At a time when we’re already short on medical staff, this feels like another slap to the essential workers keeping the whole system running.
#Healthcare #PublicService

When things get tough, giving up—or slipping into silence—is not the answer. Federal employees have the right to speak out when something isn’t right. If you don’t feel safe or ready to go it alone, ask for help. Keep building the momentum for change.

According to recent news: “OPM’s reduction in force revamp plan will put performance ratings over tenure and strip some employees of protections.” Remind me what the current Dem leadership got us as a result of the shutdown capitulation.
November 22, 2025 at 6:14 AM
The García legacy scandal exposes a real problem: Democrats playing insider games while calling it democracy. Voters deserve open competition—not political inheritance. The party needs to fix this, not hide from it. This hurts workers and average Americans seeking to participate in the process.
November 19, 2025 at 6:42 AM
Let’s recap the “deal”: DOE being dismantled, a federal union president fired for doing their job, POTUS vows no ACA extensions, and the admin’s anti–fed worker actions momentum is climbing.
Remind me—what exactly did Dems gain by caving on the shutdown?
November 19, 2025 at 6:16 AM
Dems look ineffective — Republicans gave up nothing on health care, and we’re heading for another dead end on Jan 30. Dems need to stop assuming voters will back them just because they dislike the other guy. Now we’re back to nonsense through Christmas. Hard to see who’s really fighting for us.
November 13, 2025 at 4:12 AM
The proof isn’t in standing once, but in standing still — until the world shifts. We need leaders that support the people.
November 12, 2025 at 11:58 AM
In moments of crisis, our true character is revealed. We are defined not by comfort, but by the courage to stand firm when challenges demand it. Resolve is our greatest strength. Let’s be clear: healthcare must be part of any Continuing Resolution, the well-being of people should not be negotiable.
November 10, 2025 at 5:10 AM
Democrats aren’t protecting anything by accepting empty promises and calling it leadership. This is the vote — not the next one. If we don’t stand for healthcare and working people now, we’ll be defined by our failure to do so. The people are watching, so is the Administration.
November 10, 2025 at 4:21 AM
If Dems end this shutdown without healthcare guaranteed and part of the vote for a CR they’ve surrendered the fight for Americans’ lives we sacrificed for. What was it all for? We need leaders — not silence — in the face of an ongoing assault on workers and families.

Feds are in a fight like no other. However, the proper step forward may be to seek payment for feds during the shutdown, not necessarily to end it. If the shut down ends, we’re back to the starting point with more RIFs and more work problems and no unions, without any leverage or any way forward.

MSG from FED OCONUS to all on the AFGE position on shutdown amid a difficult fight after contacting Dem Congressmen asking them to not cave in:

For those in Europe, it seems the lapse of funding will be impacting the LNs. The LN unions are trying to determine how they will respond. Feds in Europe should prepare for more work issues. More to come.
