It is called the dynamic of economic sphere. Anything can't be growing for no end in sight, since things always get older and die, eventually. There's no one to blame because it's part of the process to get renewed and live again.

I believe that justice exists as I see China gets tariff hike from the US. China gets its karma. President Trump has avenged the pain of many people out there who lost their jobs and had to deal with difficult life due to China's predatory pricing tactic and high loan interest.,
