Finally reading The Bell Jar for the very first time, and I’m so surprised. I always heard this book was super depressing, but it’s actually quite funny. Perhaps the tone was influenced by Plath’s own tragic end? Regardless, I keep finding myself laughing out loud at times while reading. #booksky
