Yes media sometimes forget that these initiatives, however imperfect, are the mahi of some very dedicated and wonderful people, and boiling it down to a couple of negative variables basically erases the public good everyone has been working for years to achieve.

I feel similar about Hold Me Thrill Me Kiss Me Kill Me. Don’t think there were four versions of it but any other band would kill to have it headline an album rather than just a Batman soundtrack . (See also - NIN Perfect Drug, but a different movie about a split personality)

He may be too edgy for the Guardian crowd but Mike Patton is the closest thing to a modern day genius I know. Astounding vocal chops across all genres, brilliant songwriter and composer, and dynamic performer.
